Laminate flooring with an access hatch to the mechanical room.
We also reset the entry door and installed the baseboard and casing.
On the right is a murphy bed that we had to reassemble to finish off the room.
Here is a better look at the hatch. It will hide under a run nicely.

This custom oasis includes a freestanding tub, open shower stall with full length ledge, and in-floor heat!

Walls all patched up, good as new.
A hole in the ceiling was repaired and the entire ceiling was given a fresh coat.
This stone fireplace was fun really fun to paint around!

This was also repaired, along with all the other dents and nail holes.
Custom Garden Box in Sauble Beach, On
Subway Tile Bathtub and Shower Surrounds in Port Elgin, On
This is a main floor shower in the same house as the bathtub in the last post. The plumbing and walls were completed before we arrived and they presented some extra challenges. With the shower base being off center by about an inch, the tile pattern was adjusted and a custom piece of glass was ordered to complete the install as close to the client's budget as possible.
This is a secondary 2nd floor bathroom in one of Port's older homes. The homeowner has done an excellent job renovating every inch of this place and hired us to tile the tub surrounds. The tub looks short due to the mode on the camera. It is a full 60 inches.

The home owner hung the drywall and hired us to finish the drywall, paint, install flooring, doors and trim.
Lots of bulkheads in this one.
A custom cabinet covers the electrical panel.
The shower was installed over the drywall beforehand. I added a small bulkhead to finish it off.

A bluetooth enabled exhaust fan and a backlit LED mirror add sophistication to this charmer. A tiled wall beautifully separates the vanity from the washer/dryer combo.
Full length shower ledge, 3"x12" subway tile, and the black fixtures really tie this one together.
Floor tile carries up the wall creating a backsplash for the toilet.

New siding, windows, and exterior doors were installed. And we built a new porch to replace the old, broken concrete stairs that were there before.
